July 9, 2008I hope everyone had a good July 4th weekend. We are about at the half way point and everyone has seen their progress so far. I have handed you guys your progress sheets and caloric numbers. Check out CalorieKing.com for more information regarding food and calories, it will really help! As far as the work outs, they will be harder, more strenuous and more detailed. Everyone also will need to be upping their cardio on there own. 5 days a week with at least 20-30 minutes of cardio will really help those of you who are trying to lose fat mass.
